A quote for today

"Tomorrow is often the busiest day of the year." -Spanish proverb

I wish that didn't hit home quite so much! :)

Provincetown

Today Steve and I went to Provincetown with my friend Lisa. It was pretty hazy out but the temperature was nice. We took the ferry from Boston. It was fun to get out and go somewhere. Steve wouldn't go to the Tea Party, he thought there were too many men with their shirts off! Steve said he will have to work out this year so we can come back next year and he will go. :) While we were waiting for the boat we had the best lunch at L egal Seafood. Steve and Lisa ordered tuna burgers and they were so good that I can't wait to go back just to get one for me!

My favorite restaurant!

I love Harry's! It's a diner on Rt. 9 in Westborough with the tastiest comfort food ever! It's nothing to look at inside, although they do have cute painted cartoon illustrations of lots of their menu items on the walls. Harry's also has the best mac and cheese in the world! Steve and I went there for dinner today. We played Yahtzee while we waited for our food (as usual). It was a good evening, eating dinner with Steve at Harry's always makes me smile.

They all really showed up and ran!

Yesterday I ran in the Corporate Challenge with these awesome guys (Rob, Jay, Eric and Todd) from ModusLink. I had such a great night! The run was ok, it was tough to actually run because it was so crowded. But it was so fun to see my friends from ModusLink. We went to Mary Chungs in Cambridge after (all sweaty and everything!). Eric has been telling me for a while how yummy the food there is, I definitely agree!

I love my new job!

June 9th I started a new job in Cambridge. This is a picture of the entrance to the building where I work. I am really enjoying the position and the company! There is such a positive atmosphere and I have been impressed with the people I have met so far. It's also fun to work in the city, there are so many great places to go within walking distance. And I can take the train to work easily which is a nice option to avoid the stress of traffic. The company also provides free fountain soda to employees and has a Starbucks (with low prices!) in the building, so if you know me you may agree with me that they must have designed these benefits with me in mind. :)

My first entry!

My bestest youngest sister Lisa has inspired me to finally start a blog. I have had so much fun keeping up with her through her blog that now I have to try it! We'll see how much I can think of to say that I would actually admit to the world. :)
